What to Expect:

• A 60-minute sound healing session led by a certified practitioner
• Cats roaming freely—they may join your mat or simply lounge nearby
• Immersive soundscapes using singing bowls, chimes, and other healing instruments
• A cozy, welcoming environment designed for deep relaxation and restoration
• All experience levels welcome; no prior knowledge needed

What to Bring:

• Yoga mat or blanket (or rent one from us for $5)
• Pillow for extra comfort (optional)
• Water bottle
• Comfortable, loose-fitting clothing
• An open mind and a love for cats!

• Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in and meet the cats
• This session is held in our cat lounge, so expect some furry companions
